This proposal for a residential building in Prague 8 helps to repair the urban fabric of this location by filling the gap site currently occupied by a collection of low rise storage buildings and parking areas.
The brief called for smaller apartments focussed towards a co-living concept with communal facilities on the ground floor facing the street and a roof top terrace with a garden for use by the residents.
A pedestrian passageway connects the street to the courtyard with a view to possible future connections through adjacent sites to Sokolovská street. In all, 211 apartments are provided in this 12 400m2 (gross) development.
The developer is Star Group and the project is currently in the planning permit stage.
