The Gamma and Delta buildings follow on from the Alfa / Beta projects and complete the residential zone on the Eastern side of the Hagibor masterplan.
Delta fronts onto Počernická street and in terms of height and massing relates to the Beta building. Rising behind these, Gamma’s U shape footprint is orientated towards the parkland setting to the north/west with its cascade of terraces projecting into the greenery.
The building’s have their own distinctive style and sit within a rich landscape environment of linked green spaces; a common theme throughout the masterplan. Each apartment has its own balcony / terrace / garden to maximise contact with nature.
The project is currently on site and will provide a total of 307 apartments with ground floor retail units. The developer for this multi-award winning project is Crestyl and the contractor is Syner. Completion date is scheduled for summer 2024.
