IBA worked as the landlord’s architect and project manager for the implementation of this 800m2 fit out for this legal practice. A key project requirement was to create a strong visual identity / brand and this is achieved theme using cedar wood panels, large glazed areas and lighting design elements.
The client conference rooms incorporate ‘Smart glass’ technology to enable transparency / privacy at a flick of a switch. IBA co-operated with Architects SHA on this project.
