This competition submission for a residential development on a hilltop site overlooking Prague proposes a variety of dwellings built around a central park.
The apartment buildings are designed to take advantage of the views which are framed by the balcony elements. The balconies are expressed as a dynamic layer mediating between the indoor private zone and the public space of the park / green spaces. There are 240 units proposed which range from single bed apartments to semi-detached houses.
