This mixed use development focuses on the creation of a new village centre for this traditional Czech settlement 20km west of Prague. This new square is bounded by a restored Chateau to one side and a retail development to the other and includes new hard and soft landscaping treatments. The square forms a gateway to a new residential zone which includes 28 apartments and 36 town houses.
The project is part of a wider residential and golf development of the village and surroundings by Crestyl. IBA carried out master planning, permitting and tender activities and the project commenced on site in spring 2017.
