Located at a prominent position within the Hagibor masterplan, the new building will form one side of a new pedestrian boulevard accessed from Vinohradska and creates an iconic ‘gateway’ to the whole development.
Overall, 253 apartments will be provided with café / restaurant / retail uses at ground level encouraging a rich urban experience. The project is at planning stage and follows on from the now completed Alfa / Beta buildings and the Gamma / Delta phase which is currently on site.
