Kotva rooftop offices and restaurant

IBA have been appointed to design a new office and restaurant facility on the top 2 floors of the Kotva department store in Prague 1. The redeveloped area will include approximately 6 000m² of facilities including office and restaurant terraces with stunning views over the city. Construction work is due to start in September 2009. The clients are the building owners Markland Properties.

Regulation plan for Roztoky, 2009-2010

Ian Bryan Architects has been appointed by Roztoky City Council to carry out a ‘regulation plan’ for the area of around Tiché údolí, Roztoky. This follows on from IBA’s successful refurbishments / reconstructions of two prominent villas in this area, “Villa Bělina” and “Villa Alice“

Hotel and Residences Kempinski grand opening in October 2008

The new Kempinski Hotel and Residences has been completed in Prague. The formal opening of the IBA designed project is set for early October ‘08. For more info please refer to the “Hotel and Residences Kempinski” page.
