Barclays Capital offices

IBA have been appointed to continue with phase 2 of an office interior project for Barclays Capital. The new 1200m2 project is in the Gemini B building, and will house an additional 100 IT staff. Phase 1 in the Gemini A in Prague 4 was completed a year ago.

Residential Development Lipence Prague 5

IBA have been appointed to carry out design and building permit documentation for 8 luxury villas on a gently sloping site with outstanding views up and down the Berounka valley. The client is Portland Estates.

Ground floor of Kotva department store in Prague

As part of the ongoing rejuvenation of Kotva department store IBA has been commisioned to redesign the whole of the ground floor. This will include new facade and entrance works and complete refurbishment of the internal areas. Client is Markland.
